Coroneo-And The Seller Says…

2445 Coroneo Lane is nothing short of tasteful picture of fine Lexington living. Nestled in the Tuscany neighborhood, this home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, and 3 and a half bathrooms – all complete with crown molding and luxurious fixtures.

The front door foyer grabs you right from the beginning, with a stunning peek of the second floor, by way of the wrap-around staircase. The gorgeous kitchen is detailed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful back splash, overlooking desired built-ins and a fireplace in the living area.

Step downstairs into the finished basement, with plenty of room to entertain, plush carpet, windows, and a FULL bathroom.

The outdoor patio overlooks a generously sized backyard, surrounded by privacy fencing!

Take a Look at what the SELLER had to say!

Q: What are features of your home that you’ve really enjoyed?

A: The backyard feels private with fully grown trees, some taller than the house.  We enjoyed the updated fireplace/tv area that is fully open to the kitchen. This allowed our whole family to be together while doing different things like watching tv, cooking, eating, etc.  We also spent a lot of time in the basement in our home theater room where we watched plenty of movies and games.

Q: What can you tell us about your neighborhood?

A: We really enjoyed the neighborhood and how everyone took such good care of their yard and landscaping.  We made great friends that were hard to move away from. We moved to be closer to our children’s school. Very convenient to the Y as well.

Q: What do you love about your town?

A: Lexington is the perfect place for us to raise a family.  There is plenty to do without it being an overwhelming city. Being within an hour of Louisville and Cincinnati is also a bonus.  Lexington’s Bluegrass airport is easy to fly in and out of and connects to all major hubs for further destination trips. And, of course we love going to Keeneland and UK basketball and football games!

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: We ate at or ordered out Malone’s often being so close by.  We also liked to walk to Smashing Tomato with the kids. Jersey Mike’s became the favorite go to for lunch (also walkable).

Q: Grocery stores and other conveniences?

A: Meijer’s and Walmart are both very close as well as so many restaurants and shops.  Having the Interstate close made it easy for work and trips.

Q: What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?

A: We loved the convenience Hamburg offers to the interstate and it was easy to jump on winchester rd to be downtown in 10 minutes.  Having so many restaurants and shopping nearby made it really easy with a family. It was also a nice area to exercise outdoors.

Q: Anything else? Neighborhood amenities?

A: Having the brand new YMCA close really gave us no excuse not to workout.  It was especially nice in the colder months to have a place to go and take the kids.
